    My friend helps people fix their furnaces. I think it is important to check up on your furnace every once and a while. It just makes it easier because you don't have to worry about getting someone coming out in the middle of winter to save you from the cold. If you get it serviced on time, it can save you more than the parts you would have to replace with a problem.
